Team building has become more and more popular in the last few years.
The problem is with a few exceptions a lot of team building days leave a lot to be desired.
Magic4Hire have developed a number of team building exercises all based around magic and performing arts. Imagine having teams of staff racing to make a balloon model. Imagine having all your staff working together to learn a series of magic tricks and then performing them in front of everybody in a ‘magic-off'.
We can offer a day of team building games that get your team working together in a fun environment whilst ensuring that the guests involved appreciate their colleague's contribution to the day.
Participants will see people they work with in a different light and will benefit from improved working relationships back at base.
Alternatively we can offer a short session of anything from an hour upwards. This is a more intense session where we will take on board the outcomes you want to achieve from the day and build them into a series of magical games.
Whichever package you choose we always start the session with a full performance of our award winning comedy cabaret show. Your staff will be in awe at the magic and laugh louder than they have ever laughed before. After the show the real fun begins because that's when you and your team will have to learn the magic and perform in front of everyone.
We can even offer custom built team building exercises based around the objectives you want to achieve. As a company we pride ourselves on being flexible and can take into account budget restraints and small numbers of participants when preparing our initial suggested team building proposals.

Sales Seminars
Sales seminars are another area that Magic4Hire have had great success in the past. We can teach your sales staff and customer service staff simple techniques utilized in magic, which WILL lead to increased productivity. Craig and Ethan have over 20 years' experience in the sales industry and between them have won numerous awards and accolades.
This is mainly due to applying a little bit of magic in order to get the deal signed and then consolidate the deal to prevent any fallout. They can teach your staff exactly the same methods, which they have used for the last 20 years.
